ABOUT US
Athlete Unbothered started as an assignment in a Sports Psychology graduate class. It became an idea that couldn’t be ignored and had to be executed. From my own struggles with mental toughness or lack thereof, I know how important this piece is to an athlete’s performance. With every athlete I’ve worked with since Grad School, I’ve learned how much this part of the puzzle is missing from the development of an athlete.

Think Better. Do Better. Be Better.
It takes a village to develop an athlete
Athlete Unbothered wants to keep mental training at the forefront of its services, while also incorporating the other parts of the village that makes an athlete whole, including strength and skills training, nutrition, recovery, yoga and meditation. While focusing on the growth of the athlete we are simultaneously focusing on the person, therefore making them a better athlete and a better person.
